About Us
The Healthy Settings Award has been developed by Dudley Council’s Public Health Team to enable early years, schools and colleges to be healthy settings and to help prevent health inequalities across the borough.
As part of the Council’s Health and Wellbeing Division, the Public Health Team have three overall goals:
To keep people well
To prevent poor health in people at high risk
To maximise the quality of life of people affected by ill health
